Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our mantra is: You bring the mindset—we bring the method—our community reinforces both. That’s how we build a strong foundation, together. At Tría Fitness, that looks like this: you bring the mindset—be intentional, be consistent, be resilient—and we actively help you strengthen it over time. We bring The Tría Way—intentional coaching, proper form, and smart structure that supports lasting change. Our coaches are here to coach, giving you clear cues, encouragement, and accountability so you can build a strong fitness foundation with confidence. And when you surround yourself with a community that supports you, helps you reset when life happens, and shows up alongside you, that’s where real transformation happens—and where we build a solid foundation, together.

  • Boxing builds strength, confidence, explosive power, and cardiovascular conditioning through technical training.

Cycle boosts energy, endurance, and strength through rhythm-driven intervals and resistance-based work.

Yoga develops mindfulness, flexibility, strength, and power through intentional movement and breathwork.

Together, they create a well-rounded foundation that supports long-term progress.

  • Anywhere. Every Tría class is built for all levels, whether you’re a seasoned athlete or stepping into a studio for the first time. Choose the modality that interests you—Boxing, Cycle, or Yoga—and our coaches will meet you where you are. That’s The Tría Way: evidence-based coaching, clear progressions, and smart modifications so you feel successful from day one.
