Studio Policies
Our policies are designed to create a safe, welcoming, and consistent experience for every member. Each guideline supports the well-being of our clients, staff, and coaches — ensuring classes start on time, flow smoothly, and uphold The Tría Way standard of intentionality and respect. We appreciate your cooperation and are grateful you’re part of the Tría community.
Arrival & Cancellation Policy
1. Arrivals
Please plan to arrive at the studio 10 minutes prior to your scheduled class. This allows time to check in, store belongings, and prepare mentally and physically.
2. Late Arrivals
We understand that life is unpredictable — sometimes, you’ll be running behind. We’ll always try to meet you where you are.
Our late arrival policy is designed around safety and experience for all participants, with flexibility built into each class format.
Late Arrival Policy for All Modalities: Up to 10 minutes after class start
For your safety and to protect class flow, you may enter class up to 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. After 10 minutes, class entry isn’t available for that session.
If you miss the window, you’re welcome to enjoy Tría Café during café hours.
If you arrive after the permitted window for your class type, your spot will be forfeited. Your class credit will be deducted, but no additional fee will apply.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We know that schedules change. To cancel or reschedule your class:
Please do so at least 12 hours before class start-time to avoid penalties
Manage your bookings through the Tría Fitness app or your account at www.triafitness.com
Cancellations via email or social media cannot be accepted
Clients are responsible for managing their own reservations through their Tría account.
4. Late Cancellations
Cancelling fewer than 12 hours before your scheduled class will result in:
Loss of credit for those using a class pack, or
A $15 late cancellation fee for those with an unlimited membership
5. No-Shows
Not attending your scheduled class and not canceling your booking will result in:
Loss of credit for those using a class pack, or
A $15 late cancellation fee for those with an unlimited membership
6. Studio Cancellations
In the rare event that Tría must cancel a class, you’ll be notified immediately via email and SMS. Any used credits will be automatically returned to your account.
7. Inclement Weather
If severe weather requires schedule changes, we’ll notify you via email and SMS. If the studio remains open, please use your best judgment when traveling. No penalties will apply for classes cancelled by Tría Fitness due to weather conditions.
8. Waitlist & Standby
If you’re moved from the waitlist into a class:
You’ll receive a notification via the Tría Fitness app and/or email
Please confirm your attendance promptly
If you fail to attend after being added from the waitlist, standard late cancellation and no-show policies apply.
For standby participants, any open spots will be released in waitlist order 10 minutes after class starts for all modalities.
Member Reminder
These policies exist to keep the Tría experience safe, respectful, and reliable for everyone — while allowing flexibility and understanding when life gets in the way. If you ever have a situation that doesn’t fit neatly within these guidelines, please reach out. We’ll work with you to find a fair solution.
