Boxing

Boxing at Tría combines strength, cardio, and skill. You’ll move through rounds of heavy-bag work, shadowboxing, mitt drills, and core conditioning—building power, coordination, and focus every step of the way. Coaches break down technique and guide you through progressions that challenge without overwhelming, so you leave every class feeling stronger, sharper, and more confident.

Cycle

Cycle at Tría delivers a high-energy ride built around rhythm, resistance, and power. Expect a mix of climbs, sprints, and steady pushes that train endurance while keeping you connected to the beat. Coaches guide you through intentional pacing—when to dig in, when to recover—and the immersive lighting and sound help you find your focus and flow from start to finish.

Yoga

Yoga at Tría restores balance and mobility through mindful, breath-led movement. You’ll flow through standing postures, strength-building sequences, and restorative stretches that improve flexibility, alignment, and recovery.
