Boxing

Boxing at Tría combines strength, cardio, and skill across 8 rounds.

Each class begins with a 10-minute coached warm-up in our dedicated heated warm-up studio — done alongside the Cycle class. You’ll warm up together, which blends the communities, adds energy, and ensures everyone is prepared before intensity builds.

Round 1 is always technique-focused, so you learn (or refine) proper form before you hit the heavy bags. From there, the rounds build momentum with a mix of shadowboxing, mitt drills, and heavy-bag work —progressing through Round 8, where you finish strong.

We close with 8 minutes of core and cooldown to reinforce your foundation and support recovery.

Cycle

Cycle at Tría is strength and endurance training on the bike.

Like Boxing, each Cycle class begins with a 10-minute coached warm-up in our heated warm-up studio, where you warm up alongside the Boxing class. It’s a shared start that builds energy across the room, blends the communities, and prepares everybody to train with intention before intensity increases.

After warm-up, you’ll transition into the Cycle studio for a rhythm ride to curated music. The ride is built around resistance, pacing, and power, with clear intervals for when to push, sustain, and recover. Coaches offer progressions and modifications throughout so you can ride with strong form and keep building — whether it’s your first class or your hundredth.

Yoga

Tría Yoga is a power flow-based class focused on building strength and improving mobility through breath-led movement and alignment-forward coaching. Expect a progressive sequence that develops stability, control, and range of motion — supporting how you move in and out of the studio.

Our certified coaches guide you with clear cueing and options to scale up or down. You’ll finish feeling stronger, more mobile, and ready to recover well.

Note: Tría also offers dedicated Recovery classes for deeper restoration — Yoga includes recovery elements, but remains training-focused.
