Where the Vision Began

Tria Fitness was founded by Bekka Carlson and Becky McCallum, two women who met years ago in a local gym and quickly recognized a shared commitment to intentional training and genuine human connection.

What began as friendship—and countless post-class café conversations—grew into a bigger purpose:

to create a fitness space where high-quality coaching, evidence-based programming, and supportive community exist in the same place.

Their shared belief: when people feel seen, supported, and coached with care, they train with purpose—and they stay consistent.

What “Tria” Stands For

Three Modalities. One Balanced Approach.

The name Tría means “three,” representing the three disciplines that define the studio: Boxing, Cycle, and Yoga. Each builds a different kind of strength—power, endurance, and recovery—coming together to form a balanced, sustainable foundation for life. Classes are grounded in exercise science and designed for every stage of training, offering scalable progressions and expert coaching that meet each member where they are.
